From what Chuck and I (the admins) have experienced on previous boards, this is an issue I would like to address. When you, a new member, joins, it is not up to us to include you but for you to include yourself. Many of us are or will be a part of multiple threads and to join another thread to cater to a new member wanting to introduce themselves is difficult and will probably not be done. Please, jump in to an existing thread. If you start a new thread and no one joins it is not because we are being mean but because of our involvement with other threads.
Do not be shy; just join!
There are a few exceptions to this. If you are planning on heavily contributing to the plot of the rp, then starting your own thread is necessary and encouraged. If there are not that many open and running threads, then you can start your own thread.
If you still want to introduce your character(s) in a new thread, please, be my guest, but keep in mind our creativity only stretches so far and most of us have lives existing outside this rp.
Thank you
- Neeko (Admin)

Also, I'd just like to add, while I don't think either one of us is a nazi about post length, try to keep it at least more than a line or two of text, unless really that's all that needs to be said or done. Obviously, there's a point where it could become a problem, but I don't think either of us is really going to freak out on anyone for having too short or too long of a post.
Punctuation and proper sentence structure, unless your character is really talking "that way", are big ones. This really is intended as a site for adult/mature late teen rp'ers. Please write as one.
Also, understand that since this site skews for mature audiences, you're going to see naughty words in the dialogue, and I don't know that you're owed a warning for that, beyond this line of text.
